- Providing 1–2 layout options
- 3D visualization (several views for each space)
- Measurement drawings, demolition, and wall construction plans
- Furniture layout and equipment placement plan
- Mechanical and electrical drawings
- Socket, lighting, switch, and utilities plan
- Flooring, ceiling, skirting, and wall design plans
- HVAC layout (air conditioning, underfloor heating, ventilation)

Author’s Supervision
- Monitoring compliance of construction works with project drawings
- Selection and procurement of materials, furniture, lighting, and plumbing fixtures
- Coordination with contractors and approval of execution details
- Adjustment of drawings after demolition and installation works
- Control of wall, floor, and ceiling alignment
- Final decoration after completion of renovation works
- 4–6 site visits per month (or as required by the project)
